The Clotfelter Lab is located in the Department of Biology at Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts.  Amherst College is one of the leading liberal arts colleges in the world, with a strong commitment to diversity of all kinds.  Though we are a small, exclusively undergraduate institution, our excellent faculty and students work together to produce high-quality research.
